Wanted to change my journal cause the last one was brain draining trying to think of colors and animals and elements and songs and all that! Lol..it was fun but it's time to move on as always in life. Move forward and keep going! Life is what you make of it and it's all about choices and I choose to see the good and the light and try my best to remain happy and supportive and an encouragement on here...May you all have peace!

Well not too long after I thought I'd never submit 300 poems I am at this milestone...10,000 views! Pretty cool I must say. It has been quite an adventure in DA. Meeting new people and reading some incredible poetry and some prose...the artwork on here is stunning and I still wish I had that talent..but I'm still okay with painting with words...thank you English for all the variety! Anyway, I am thankful for many things...a loving family...supportive friends and everyone on here who has encouraged me and supported me with comments and favs and well wishes...the sense of family I feel on here is refreshing...for the most part everyone is positive and gracious and very helpful. I don't write as often as I used to, but I am inspired more often than not by reading the wonderful work of the artists on here...there are too many to thank personally and I don't want to leave anyone out so I will end with this: I appreciate everyone on here who has appreciated me...I will continue to do my best to help and support as many people as I can on DA. Don't take anything for granted and enjoy every breath we are given. Take advantage of this gift...the gift of life!

I never thought I'd see the day when I submitted 300 poems on here. Wow! I am thankful for the support I've had and the friends I have gained on this site. It's been awhile since I wrote anything and I miss everything about it. There is nothing like feedback from like minded fellow writers who have inspired me more then they will ever know. I hope to write 300 more

Sweet! 5,000 page views! Very nice! Thanks everyone who ever read or commented on my poems...I appreciate all the love and feedback. Writing is a release for me...therapy if you will. I believe it's important to put pen to paper to sort out feelings and it makes everything more real. I love writing! I love reading poems and I admire the art on here so much. It's alive and changing and remains fresh. I wish I could write more but life gets in the way. To all my DA friends I say you rock! And keep on writing and creating! I will do my best to do the same.
